Located within a site that is sandwiched between the existing Matrade building and the new Federal Courts, the proposed development of the modern and contemporary new MITI headquarters is conceived to present its iconic characteristics that reflect the dynamism of Malaysian trade and industry. Architecturally, the development consists of three major elements, namely a curvilinear shape in plan and in form. The 33 storey office tower block juxtaposes with a 6 storey  fully glazed capsule that acts as an entrance lobby- proving its significance and achieving the landmark presence. It is also equipped with a supporting facilities house that is in a rectangular shaped podium block.
