An Iconic and prestigious address, the St, Regis development is a mixed development building with the highest standards of finish and services. Segregated in three parts, the architecture separates use and function for easy accessibility and convenience for its users.

The serviced apartments are on the highest portion of the tower on levels 23-46. The hotel are on levels 7-21 and are made up of 208 guestrooms. Sitting beneath the hotel is a 6 storey podium containing art, business and leisure facilities for both residents and guests. The pool facilities located on the 6 th floor, portray another element of exclusivity in its designated pools for guests and residents.

The tower façade is of unitized system which allows ease of maintenance and localized replacement. During the construction period, the installation of the façade was not in line with the main structure of the building. The only element that had to be cast to the main structure was the starting gutter for the unitized system to be affix to the building.
