The project transforms an abandoned residential tower into a vibrant 28-story commercial building along Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur. Originally left incomplete during construction, it was reimagined through innovative collaboration, turning apartment floors into modern office spaces while retaining the original car park and retail levels.
