This mixed development comprises of residential, retail and office. Situated on 6 acres of institutional area of Cyberjaya, the development was designed as a living communal hub for the college students as well as families in the vicinity.

This Avenue is a ‘city within a city’ as most of the daily necessities can be attained within the development-outdoor activities are also provided within the design scheme to attract younger tenants. The key feature of the development is the 800 m cascading jogging trail connecting 2 residential towers with an iconic steel bridge. The bridge is the peak of the trail and offers panoramic views of Cyberjaya’s skyline as well as providing a space for celebration.

To symbolize, celebrate and influence the surrounding area, the concept of the appearance of digital elements in the technology field is reflected in this development. The development is segregated in two parts, horizontal and vertical. The use of computer circuits in the floor patterns in the horizontal plane and the mimicry of pixels in the façade in the vertical plane to successfully depict the new ‘city within a tech city’.
