The project epitomizes the urban regeneration of the local surrounding of Kelana Jaya area. The site sits on 12.37 acres of land and is divided into 3 zones namely the mall, the office and the residence, with total gross built up area of about 3,200,000 SF. The mall fronts the highway (major active zone). The office lies in the middle (intermediate zone) and the residence which comprises of the service apartment and SOHO holds the quite zone, closer to the existing residential area.
Set amidst of Kelana Jaya Township and on the fringe of the Damansara-Puchong highway, this complex acts as the “gateway” to the entire area. Its location is strategic and potentially draws in a large amount of people especially pedestrian traffic despite its close vicinity to the Kelana Jaya Putra LRT station. It consists of 4 levels of shopping outlets with a large area designated for car park on its basement (3 levels) and sub-basement (1 level). It has 2 anchor tenants catered for hypermarket retailers. There are 3 drop off areas located at a strategic location of the mall that are intended to minimize congestion. The mall is intended to be a new spectrum of dynamic and unique experience of retail space planning. Its design concept breaks away from the traditional shopping spaces and intend to elevate the current standards.
