Air Asia Engineering Complex (Redchain)
The Redchain – Air Asia Engineering Complex is a purpose-built facility catering to aviation engineering needs, specifically tailored for archival, storage, and aircraft parts maintenance within a branded environment. This architectural structure takes the form of a straightforward two-story cuboid with a central-back warehouse comprising seven volumes.
The ground floor seamlessly integrates public-staff amenities, including the lobby, surau, and pantry, creating a user-friendly environment. Meanwhile, the upper floor houses offices and storage spaces, serving as dedicated areas for reporting and meticulous record-keeping tasks.
